Schmidy's Machinery located in Clinton, Illinois was founded by Duane Schmid in 1971. We have been a family owned & operated business since 1971. In the year 2000 Jesse Schmid took over the business and in 2001 Luke Schmid joined our team. Since then we have built three new shops to recondition our equipment to the highest standards. We have over 40,000 square feet of shop space including a new paint shop with two fifty foot truck paint booths. Our experienced sales & office staff, mechanics and paint shop technicians will make your next purchase a definite success and pleasurable experience. We sell to all fifty states and Canada.

We not only have one of the biggest selections of quality used equipment, we have some of the nicest truck sold at very reasonable prices. Always call for availability of trucks, but we try to carry 75 to 100 units at a time. Quality and price are always a factor when making a good decision on buying used equipment, and we have both.
